Dear Patient,

1. If you have Skype installed on your computer, you must ensure that it doesn’t “auto-launch” when you start your computer, because it could interfere with the video or the sound of OTN. If Skype usually auto-launches, then open the program
a. Go into Tools
b. Go into Options
c. Go into General Settings
d. Find the check-box that says, “Start Skype when I start Windows” – uncheck this box
e. If you’re on a Mac, this might be a slightly different process

2. Restart your computer, double-checking that Skype didn’t start-up.

3. After that, you’ll receive a second email notification which is the “invitation to the appointment,” at the appointed time. When it’s time for us to talk you’ll be prompted to input your PIN number, which has to be 6 numbers; I’ve used 123456.

4. If you run into any problems, let me know!

Looking forward to speaking soon.

Cheers,

(Dr) Jenn Rae
